Leave the following things alone (do not change them at all):

• font face
• font size
• the scrollbar
• the status bar

In addition:

• use hyperlinks well and gratuitously
• the content should take up at least 95% of the width of the window
• either test your colors or don't change them at all

And finally, the following two words are proper nouns and should be capitalized accordingly, and also should be preceded by the article "the":

• Internet
• World Wide Web and all abbreviations such as Web
