So, you have this CD with rocking tunes on it, but you want it on your hard drive for convenience. Simple — pop the CD in your CD-ROM drive and run cd2ogg.

Another program providing similar functionality is rip by Gregory J. Smethells. It has more dependencies and a different syntax.
I had submitted this to Freshmeat; they rejected it because it was identical to far too many other programs. Ultimately we all switched to abcde.
I cannot find the original program.
